Placement of order is acceptance of these terms and conditions
PRICES QUOTED
All prices quoted include GST and are valid until quoted pick-up date for self-catering orders OR event date for serviced catering.
Serviced catering booked for Friday evenings, Saturdays or Sundays within the Brisbane metro area require a minimum spend on food only of $1500.00. Gold & Sunshine Coast $2000.00 minimum spend on food only.
PAYMENT TERMS
Self catering orders are paid in advance unless alternate arrangements have been made. Credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD) and Electronic FundsTransfer is acceptable. Cash is acceptable (by arrangement) at pick-up of goods.
Serviced catering requires a minimum 25% deposit at time of booking to secure date. Balance must be paid prior to event unless alternate arrangements have been made
DELIVERY
We prefer to not deliver self-catering as we are inundated with orders on Fridays & Saturdays and deliveries impact greatly on our resources. If delivery is necessary we will discuss suitable delivery time to satisfy the client but must also fit in with our schedule. Dellivery charge is $25 per 5km radius of the commercial kitchen (currently Gaythorne).
HIRE GOODS
Credit card details are recorded for breakages or non-return to be charged.
