All prices quoted are valid until quoted pick-up date for self-catering orders OR event date for serviced catering.
Serviced catering booked require a minimum spend on food only of $1,650.00. Gold & Sunshine Coast $2500.00 minimum spend on food only.
GUEST NUMBERS
Clients must advise final guest numbers no later than 10 days prior to the event and this is the number that will be invoiced for regardless of numbers decreasing. If guest numbers increase an additional invoice may be raised for the additional numbers.
Self catering orders are paid in advance unless alternate arrangements have been made. Credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD) and Electronic FundsTransfer is acceptable. Cash is acceptable (by arrangement) at pick-up of goods.
Serviced catering requires a minimum 25% deposit of expected final invoice at time of booking to secure date. Balance must be paid prior to event unless alternate arrangements have been made
When hiring you will be required to advise credit card details for charging breakages and non-returns. You will always be advised of any charges prior to the transaction.
Self catering is collection only unless special arrangements have been made.
Corporate catering orders of $100 + are free of delivery charge in Brisbane City Council Area.
For deliveries outside BCC area a charge is $25-$50 will apply depening on distance from the commercial kitchen (Gaythorne).
Should a refund be requested for a deposit to secure a date Plates and Platters Catering will withhold deposit (25% of total invoice). If a booking is secured for the same date and approx. value the deposit will be returned the client.
